Q: Why can’t I find someone I know is enrolled in the course on the roster?
A: The roster only contains people who are enrolled as students. Instructors, Teaching Assistants, Graders, Course Builders, and Guests are not listed in the roster. Blackboard does not display users who have a system role of System Administrator, even if they are enrolled as students.
Q: Why do some students only have listed email addresses?
A: Only students who have their privacy settings set to show their email address will have their address listed.
